Shipping
Every piece ships fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. Shipping is complimentary to the European Union and the United States. Orders are carefully inspected and prepared for shipment within 5 business days, from our locations in Italy or in the United States; tracking details are sent as soon as your piece is on its way. Prices for the European Union include VAT.
Returns
You may return your piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition, with its box and gemological certificate. Pieces made, resized or engraved to order cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Card payments are confirmed after a security check of every order.
